Shipping & returns
Everything you need to know about delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, returns and refunds, from the moment your order is placed until it reaches your door.
How shipping works
Our business days are Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 17:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
1. We pack it
Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares and packs your items within 1–2 business days. Personalized shirts with a name, number, or badge may take 2–4 business days, as customization is completed after your order is received.
2. It ships
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Orders within Albania typically arrive within 1–2 business days, while international deliveries usually take 15–18 business days.

Where we ship & what it costs
We ship across Albania and worldwide. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment, no hidden shipping fees. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns
Day Return Period
Changed your mind or the item isn’t quite right? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging and condition.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact page and include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will reply with the return instructions and address. If your item arrived damaged or there is an issue with your order, we may ask for a photo.
- Send the item back using the provided instructions. If you’re in Tirana, you can also return it in person at our store.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect the item to make sure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. Card payments will be refunded to the original payment method, while cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer. Your order status will be updated to Refunded once the process is complete. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
Exchanges & sizing
Need a different size? Simply return the original item and place a new order for the size you need. This helps you secure your preferred size without waiting for the returned item to reach us first. Not sure which size to choose? Contact us before ordering and our team will be happy to help with sizing. Keep in mind that sizing can vary between different styles, seasons, and jersey designs.
Personalised shirts
Jerseys customised with a name, number, or competition badge are made specifically for your order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. An exception applies if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or with customisation different from what you ordered. Please make sure to double check all names, numbers, and customisation details before completing your order.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, Tirana Sports Club will cover the return shipping costs and you can choose between a replacement or a full refund, including the original delivery charge.
